Chapter 1.0 – किरन
This poem shows a conversation between a sunbeam and a little girl. The girl wonders why the ray came so early, and the ray explains that when night falls here, she goes to another world to bring morning there.
Chapter 1.1 – पेड़ का जाद
In this story, the aunt explains that trees are magical. When we plant a tree, squirrels, birds, and cool shade naturally come, bringing joy and beauty to our lives.
Chapter 2.0 – न्याय की कुर्सी
This story is about a boy from Ujjain who unknowingly delivered justice while playing on a magical throne. The throne turned out to be King Vikramaditya’s, symbolizing true justice. When the king tried to sit on it, the idols tested his honesty, and finally, the throne flew away into the sky.
Chapter 3.0 – चाँद का कुरता
This poem is a sweet conversation between the moon and his mother. The moon asks for a warm woolen coat to escape the cold, but his mother playfully says it’s impossible since his size keeps changing every day.
Chapter 3.1 – जागो प्यारे
This poem describes the beauty of morning as a mother wakes her child, telling him that the lotuses have bloomed, birds are singing, and the sun has risen — it’s time to wake up.
Chapter 4.0 – साङकेन
This story is about the Sanken festival in Arunachal Pradesh, where Vallari and her friend Chautan join the celebration. People worship Buddha’s idols, splash water on each other, and joyfully welcome the New Year with prayers and festivities.
Chapter 4.1 – होली आई
The poem “Holi Aayi” by Bhawani Prasad Mishra beautifully depicts the arrival of the Holi festival. The fields are golden with crops, flowers bloom, birds sing, and nature dances with joy. Villages echo with songs, drums, and laughter. Everywhere there is color, happiness, and celebration.
Chapter 5.0 – सुंदरिया
The story “Sundariya” portrays the deep bond between a poor farmer, Hira Singh, and his beloved cow. Though he sells her out of poverty, love and loyalty reunite them in the end.
Chapter 5.1 – हाथी और चींटी
The funny story “The Elephant and the Ant” teaches road safety. When their bike overturns, the ant is safe because she wore a helmet — reminding us to always follow traffic rules.
Chapter 6.0 – चतुर चित्रकार
The poem “The Clever Painter” tells how a smart painter cleverly escapes from a lion using his wit, showing that intelligence is often mightier than bravery.
Chapter 6.1 – दो मेंढकों की यात्रा
In the Japanese folktale “The Journey of Two Frogs”, two frogs set out to see each other’s cities but, despite their clever efforts, fail to achieve their goal and return home, conveying a message about curiosity and experience.
Chapter 7.0 – मेरा बचपन
In the story “My Childhood”, the author reminisces about his simple and joyful childhood— playing in open fields, climbing mango trees, playing traditional games like Gulli-Danda, and enjoying village Ramleela. It celebrates the innocence and simple pleasures of childhood.
Chapter 8.0 – काजीरंगा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान की यात्रा
The author describes a visit to Kaziranga National Park, observing deer, wild buffalo, Indian rhinoceros, and various birds while riding an elephant. The experience highlights the beauty of nature and the peaceful coexistence of wildlife.
Chapter 8.1 – घूमो - देखो
The text describes visits to Loktak Lake in Manipur and Coorg in Karnataka. Fishermen live on floating islands in the lake with abundant aquatic life, while Coorg is known for its lush hills, forests, and rare wildlife and birds.
Chapter 9.0 – न्याय
In the story, Prince Siddhartha saves an injured swan, while his cousin Devadatta tried to kill it. Ultimately, justice decides that the swan stays with Siddhartha by its own choice, as the one who protects is truly its rightful guardian.
Chapter 10.0 – तीन मछलियाँ
The story features three fish with different temperaments. When danger approaches, the cautious fish escapes, the clever fish saves herself with quick thinking, but the lazy fish relies on fate and gets caught.
Chapter 11.0 – हमारे ये कलामंदिर
Nisha visited the Ajanta and Ellora caves, featuring stunning 2,000-year-old paintings and sculptures. The caves and temples, carved from mountains, showcase exceptional art and architecture.
Chapter 12.0 – गंगा की कहानी
The Ganga emerges from the Himalayas and flows through several towns and rivers before joining the Bay of Bengal. This sacred river sustains pilgrimage, agriculture, and industries, though pollution has darkened its waters.
Chapter 12.1 – गगनयान
Gaganyaan is India’s first human space mission, sending three astronauts into space. In its first phase, the humanoid robot Vyommitra will be sent to gather data and ensure mission safety.
